Ordering

How long does it take to process my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Your order will be processed by our fulfillment center within twenty-four (24) hours. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days. Once your package ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to track your order. When will I be billed for my order?

Immediately.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will e-mail you a tracking number to track your order via the Quiqup website. Or you can track it directly from your Account page.

What payment methods does Rezaroma accept?

We accept every major credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not yet. But those are coming soon.

Your website says that a product I want to purchase is out-of-stock. What do I do? How will I know when it is back in stock?

Thank you for your interest in our products and we apologize for this inconvenience. Please contact our customer service department to see when the product may be back in stock. Our team is happy to keep you informed of its status and can even suggest another product to try in the meantime. You can also follow an item, to see when its back in stock.

What if the product I want is no longer available on the website?

If you cannot find the product you are looking for, please contact our customer service department. They can try to help you locate the desired product, or if not available, they can suggest a similar product for you to try.

How do I apply a discount?

If you’ve received a discount code through a special promotion, you can enter it at checkout to apply the discount.

Why Can’t I apply a discount codes when purchasing a Bundle Deal?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined with bundle.

Placing an order

To place an order, simply add products into your cart and click ‘proceed to checkout’. From there, you will be prompted to enter your shipping, payment and billing information and ta-da… Your order will be with you shortly! You can create a Customer Account with us or checkout as a guest. We would always recommend that you process your order online at www.rezaroma.com if possible but in case you need to speak with a member of our team, please do get in touch.

A missing item/wrong item received?

If you have received a different item from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team directly via email at support@rezaroma.com or call us on 800-REZAUAE (800-7392823) and provide the us following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Description of missing product
  3. Description of the wrong product you received
  4. Image of all products you received.

You can always check your delivery slip within your order to see what should be enclosed. If the missing product is not listed, it is likely this is still on its way to you.

We love offering affordable and in many cases free shipping, however, if a delivery error is made due to incorrect/insufficient address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping will be applied automatically for all orders over AED 300.

Why am I paying shipping fee?

A shipping fee of AED 30 will be applied if the order costs less than AED 250.

How long will it take for my order?

We usually ship orders the next day (excluding weekends). Delivery may take anywhere between 3-5 business days (depending on where you are). Shipment details will be provided in your confirmation email.

My Order never arrived?

My order came broken?

We are so sorry that your order arrived less than perfect. We offer a 30-day exchange policy on any item damaged during the shipping process. To complete your exchange, all we require is the order number and a photo of the damage sent to order@rezaroma.com . Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for an exchange. All exchanges will be for the same item originally ordered.

What is the best way to extend the life of my candle?

The first time you burn your candle, let it burn until the entire surface layer of wax is melted. After burning, trim the candle wicks to ensure that any ashes and burnt sections are thoroughly removed.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy for Reeds and Candles?

Due to the nature of our products, candles/reeds cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment from www.rezaroma.com if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to support@rezaroma.com within 48 hours of arrival.

What is your warranty and return policy for Aroma Diffusers?

Returns

we accepts returns on conditions that the product is returned within 10 days of receipt of shipment. The returned product should have original packing and should not have physical damages. The cost of return shipment should be shouldered by the customer. Refund of the payment will be processed upon receipt of the returned product to the original mode of payment.

Products that are damaged during transit should be immediately reported through email (support@rezaroma.com). Claims reported within 24 hours of the shipment only will be honoured and a proof of damaged shipment (photo / video) may have to be submitted to us for verification.
It is very important to note that no returns apply to fragrance refill, except in the case of damaged shipment.

Warranty

For Rezaroma Diffusers: Our Aroma Diffuser Machines bear 1 year repair warranty against manufacturing defects and one time replacement.

For Capri Diffusers: 6 Months Replacement Warranty

For Max and Vista Diffuser: 12 Months Replacement Warranty

For all Fragrance Refill: No warranty.

All warranties are back to base basis. Shipment costs should be shouldered by the customer in all cases.

I returned an item to you, when will I know you have received it?

You will receive an email reply from us confirming we have received your return and that your refund/ exchange has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund the price paid by you for the products within fourteen (14) days after receiving the returned items. (Refunds are applicable to products damage during shipment only). You will be notified via email once refund is processed.

Can I request a return in Rezaroma website if purchase was made through a retail location?

If you made your purchase through a retail location other than a REZAROMA (www.rezaroma.com), please return to the original place of purchase.

Any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.

Creating your account is quick and easy! Simply follow the steps below:

Scented Candles

What kind of wicks do you use in your scented candles? Do they contain lead?

We use all-natural cotton wicks as well as cotton wicks that have a paper core (or center) and wicks that are a combination of cotton and paper woven together. We do not use metal wicks or any type of metal in our wicks so they do not contain lead

What type of wax do you use in your scented candles?

We primarily use a food-grade paraffin wax base in all of our scented candles. Depending on the specific scent we are developing, we will occasionally mix in other commonly known FDA-approved ingredients to optimize burn and fragrance diffusion. Our scented candle wax formulas have been developed and refined over decades by the industry’s leading chemists and master perfumers in order to hold and disperse a high content of fine fragrance oil and ensure that each and every candle burns cleanly and evenly when used and maintained properly.

Are scented candles triggers for asthma or allergies?

Although millions of people regularly use scented candles without any negative effects, it is always possible that a particular fragrance might trigger a negative reaction in sensitive individuals. Individuals with known sensitivities to specific fragrances may want to avoid candles of those scents. In addition, consumers should remember to burn all candles, whether scented or unscented, in a well-ventilated area. If you have any further questions or concerns, we recommend you consult your physician.

Why doesn’t my candle smell as strong as it used to?

Sometimes, people can become “nose blind” to a fragrance. Formally called “odor fatigue,” this condition can result from constant exposure to an aroma over a long period of time, such as using the same home fragrance every day for weeks, months, or years. To counteract “nose blindness,” we recommend varying your home fragrance from room-to-room if possible or changing them periodically every couple of months.

is Parafin Wax Toxic?

No, paraffin wax is non-toxic, as are all candle waxes. In fact, paraffin is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in food, cosmetics, and medical applications. Food-grade paraffin is commonly used for manufacturing candles.

Scented Reeds

What is a reed diffuser?

A reed diffuser is a relatively maintenance-free, flame-free home fragrance product that disperses scent continuously into the air for an extended period of time.

How do your scented reed diffusers work?

To enjoy one of our Reed Diffusers, carefully remove the plug from the decorative glass base. First, remove the plug’s plastic over-wrap. Then grip the plug and gently rock it back and forth in an upward motion until the plug is released. Insert the accompanying bundle of reed sticks – first removing the elastic that binds them – into the fragrance oil. The all-natural rattan reed sticks will start to absorb the fragrance oil and then begin to steadily diffuse the scent into the air.

How long will my reed diffusers last?

Our Reed Diffusers are designed to dispense fragrance for approximately 90 days. If you flip the reed sticks too often (several times a day, for example), the fragrance oil will be absorbed and diffused much more rapidly, and your Reed Diffuser will have a much shorter lifespan.
