Exchange & Return Policy
At this time we do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind for any of our products, due to the customizable nature of our products unless it was damaged during the shipping process.
We offer a 30-day exchange policy on any item damaged during the shipping process.
To complete your exchange, all we require is the order number and a photo of the damage sent to help@rezaroma.com.
Any item that is damaged due to mishandling by the customer is not eligible for an exchange.. All exchanges will only be for the same item originally ordered.
We know it may seem hard to shop for a scent online, but we provide detailed descriptions of each for our scents on our Scents Page.
What if the item I receive not what I Ordered?
We know that sometimes there will be accidents that happen between receiving your order and shipping it out to you.
If you are ever missing an item or received the wrong one please send us a picture and your order number to help@rezaroma.com.
