Return & Exchange Policy
- You can exchange the product within seven days of receiving the order, or return the product within three days of receiving your order.
- The date of return and exchange starts from the date of receiving the order.
- The customer has the right to replace or return the product, provided that it is in the condition in which it was received and in its original packaging, and the company has the right to refuse to receive or compensate any damaged product that is not in its original condition.
- For exchange, this will be done after we receive the product to be exchanged.
- For refund, the amount will be transferred after we receive the returned product and it will take from (7-14) business days to be refunded to your bank account.
- It is required that the free products that the customer obtained with the product upon purchase be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition when an exchange or refund is desired. The value of the product will be deducted from the amount if the customer uses it.
- You can return an item in case of receiving a damaged product or receiving the wrong item. Any product damaged due to mishandling by the customer is not eligible for return.
- For a return or exchange, please contact customer service through Whatsapp # 053 560 4247, or send an email to: Help@rezaroma.com, and attach a copy of the electronic invoice and order number.
- For candles, reeds, room sprays, and refills:Due to their nature, candles/reeds/room sprays/refills cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage and receipt are submitted to support@rezaroma.com within 48 hours of arrival.
What if the item I received is not what I Ordered?
We know that sometimes there will be accidents that happen between receiving your order and shipping it out to you.
If you are ever missing an item or received the wrong one please send us a picture and your order number to help@rezaroma.com.
