  • The best way to track your purchases and upcoming bills is by getting the tabby app.
  • When you use Visa and Mastercard cards to shop with tabby, your payments are automatically charged.
  • Pay with Tabby Option is valid only on shop.rezaroma.com.
  • Pay with Tabby is eligible for all Categories.
  • Minimum invoice value is AED 500
  • Items bought with Tabby can’t be returned in cash
  • For return/exchange, please refer to our return and exchange policy.

  • A good payment history with Tabby can enhance your likelihood of approval for additional purchases, along with the duration you have been using Tabby for shopping.
  • The transaction might be rejected due to one of the following reasons:
    • Payments are not made in a timely manner. Pay them off and try again.​

    • The total amount in the shopping cart may be exceeded the limit, try to remove an item(s) and try again.​
    • Make sure you have only one Tabby account created.​
    • Uploading wrong or not clear ID card

To keep shopping safe, spending limits are based on a number of factors including the type of products you’re buying and your history with tabby.

How will I know when I need to pay?

After receiving your order, Tabby will notify you through email and SMS about the due date for your payment. Additionally, you can view all your upcoming payment deadlines in your Tabby account on the app or Tabby.ai.

What is payment methods in Tabby?

Tabby accepts Apple Pay and all major debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa).

How do refunds work with tabby?

All refunds will be issued according to the Rezaroma’s policy for returns and cancellations. Here’s what you can expect with your refund:

  • If the refunded amount is less than the remaining payments, then the remaining payments will be adjusted against accordingly.
  • If the refunded amount is more than the remaining payments, then the remaining payments will be cancelled and the rest will be refunded.

How long does a refund take?

The refunded amount will be credited back to the card used for the payment process. It may reflect in your balance within 2 – 5 days, but the duration could vary depending on your bank.
